This program is available to all international customers and is automatically activated with the first purchase of the calendar year.

For 2008, we have made some changes which we hope you will find improve the program and make it easier to accumulate points.

The criteria are as follows:

• Accounts must be kept in good standing and paid according to payment terms at all times throughout the year to be considered eligible.
• 10% growth in sales over the previous year total sales will yield 75% points
• 15% growth in sales over the previous year total sales will yield 100% points
• 20% growth in sales over the previous year total sales will yield 125% points
• New accounts opened in 2008 will receive 100% points for total sales in 2008

Example: If an existing account purchased $50,000 in 2007 and subsequently:

• $55,000 in 2008, then 41,250 points will be awarded
• $57,500 in 2008, then 57,500 points will be awarded
• $60,000 in 2008, then 60,000 points will be awarded
